PHILADELPHIA -- Major League Baseball is going ahead with World Series Game 5.

Two days after the game between the Philadelphia Phillies and Tampa Bay Rays was suspended after 5½ innings because of rain with the score 2-2, the game was set to resume at 8:37 p.m. ET Wednesday, baseball spokesman Rich Levin said.

The game-time temperature was forecast to be about 40 degrees -- with a wind chill about 10 degrees colder.

Philadelphia leads the World Series three games to one and was trying to wrap up its second title, its first since 1980. If the Rays win, Game 6 would be Thursday night in St. Petersburg, Fla.
