BRONX, New York (Ticker) -- Chien-Ming Wang makes his major league debut on Saturday when the New York Yankees host the Toronto Blue Jays in the second game of their series.Wang (NR), the Yankees' top pitching prospect, went 3-0 with a 1.00 ERA in three spring training appearances. The 25-year-old righthander was recalled from Class AAA Columbus on Wednesday to replace Jaret Wright in New York's starting rotation. Wright, who signed a 3-year, $21 million contract with New York in the offseason, was placed on the disabled list with a shoulder injury.Righthander Dave Bush (0-3, 5.32 ERA) will take the mound for Toronto. The 25-year-old Bush allowed one run and five hits in eight innings last Saturday against the Baltimore Orioles.Bush, who tossed a two-hit shutout against New York last October, owns a career 1.84 ERA against the Yankees.Roy Halladay outdueled Randy Johnson as the Blue Jays posted a 2-0 victory over the Yankees in the series opener on Friday.The Yankees, who have lost five of their last seven games, will cap off a losing April for the first time since 1991.| Toronto | New York | |
