MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The Minnesota Twins were happy to have Shannon Stewart back.
The Twins recorded their 19th win in the past 21 games with a 10-7 victory over the Brewers. But when Milwaukee took a 3-2 lead in the third inning, it marked the end of a span of 63 innings during which Minnesota never trailed. That equaled the team's longest streak since moving to Minnesota, and it was two innings short of the franchise record set by the Washington Senators in 1923.For more from Elias Says, click here. |
