NY METS AT ST LOUIS, POSTPONED (RAIN)

ST. LOUIS (Ticker) -- Game Five of the National League
Championship Series between the New York Mets and St. Louis
Cardinals has been postponed due to rain.

The game has been rescheduled for Tuesday, a scheduled off day,
at 8:19 p.m. EDT. Starting pitchers for the contest have not
been confirmed, but the Mets were slated to start Tom Glavine
(2-0) against the Cardinals' Jeff Weaver (1-1) on Monday.

The series is tied at 2-2. Game Six will be played Wednesday
night in New York and Game Seven, if necessary, is scheduled for
Thursday night.
