All-Star 2B Chase Utley and RHP Adam Eaton had rehab appearances for the Phillies at Double-A Reading. Utley, who had hand surgery on July 27, was 1-for-6 in a doubleheader. He could return to the lineup Sunday or Monday. Eaton, out with shoulder inflammation, gave up two runs in two innings in Game 1. He could start against the Mets on Tuesday. ...
