Cabrera's RBI single with the bases loaded lifts Yanks over Angels
NEW YORK -- Melky Cabrera did more than win a couple of games in April for the New York Yankees. He's apparently won back his job, too.
Cabrera spoiled Angels manager Mike Scioscia's strategy, hitting a tiebreaking single in the eighth inning that led the Yankees over Los Angeles 7-4 on Thursday night for their third straight win.Fast Facts
