CHICAGO -- Ryan Theriot so enjoyed his first career grand slam that he'd like to show off his power a little more often.
Theriot, a slap-hitting shortstop who specializes in opposite-field singles, took manager Lou Piniella's advice to pull the ball when there are men on base. The result: He helped the Chicago Cubs rally for an 8-6 victory over the Florida Marlins on Friday.Fast Facts
• The Cubs won for just the third time in their last 10 games to snap a two-game skid as the Marlins gave up their fourth grand slam this season.
• Ryan Theriot provided the power for the Cubs with the slam in the sixth. It was his first career grand slam and his first home run of the season.
• Rich Harden allowed five earned runs in just 3 2/3 innings pitched. It was the second time this season he's been knocked out of the game before the fourth inning.
• Kevin Gregg picked up the save for the Cubs, his first since Opening Day.
