Marlins' Cantu extends hit, RBI streak to nine games in win over Reds
MIAMI -- A hit and an RBI. Jorge Cantu has gotten at least one of each in every game of this young season to put together a unique streak.
Cantu homered Wednesday night, making him the first player in major league history to have at least one hit and one RBI in each of his team's first nine games, and the Florida Marlins beat the Cincinnati Reds 5-3.Fast Facts

• Florida halted a two-game skid overall after starting the season 4-2 and a three-game hex against the Reds. The Marlins had lost 14 of the last 19 games vs. the Reds.
