Cubs' offense gets it done on all levels

One note on Matt Harvey: He's 27th in the majors in innings but just 50th in total pitches thrown, so he's been fairly efficient. For example, he has 110 fewer pitches than Lance Lynn but 19 more innings. So maybe Harvey's 166 innings are more like 150 or so in actual workload.

After throwing 60 pitches in a simulated game today, Yankees starter CC Sabathia said his knee felt good. Manager Joe Girardi said that the plan is for Sabathia to return to the rotation, possibly in the next week.
