Nationals manager won't 'twist in wind'

With speculation Matt Williams could be fired following Washington's disappointing season, GM Mike Rizzo said the team will decide on the manager's future quickly. "Any decision we make, we're going to be decisive and make decisions sooner rather than later about personnel, both on the field, off the field and in the front office."
