The Rangers are closing in on reacquiring OF Josh Hamilton via trade, according to ESPN and multiple reports. Hamilton, currently on the DL, had a drug and alcohol relapse this offseason and his lack of punishment by MLB angered the Angels.

Mets closer's rehab interrupted

Bobby Parnell experienced right forearm tightness, forcing his rehab from Tommy John surgery to shut down for a week. Parnell, currently on assignment with Class A St. Lucie, saved 22 games for New York in 2013.

Sale mum on report

According to 810 WHB, White Sox P Chris Sale attempted to get into the visiting clubhouse to fight Royals SP Yordano Ventura in the top of the 8th inning Thursday night. When asked about it today, Sale did not confirm nor deny the report.


Sale moving on from KC brawl
