ESPN airing 10 spring training games

ESPN will televise 10 spring training games -- including telecasts from both the Grapefruit and Cactus leagues -- beginning Thursday, March 3, with the Detroit Tigers facing the Atlanta Braves at 1 p.m. ET. The Tigers-Braves game will be held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex as part of ESPN The Weekend

The exhibition schedule will also include a prime-time telecast featuring the New York Yankees facing the Boston Red Sox on Monday, March 14, on ESPN2. Additionally, ESPN2 will feature a unique Saturday national telecast between the defending American League champion Texas Rangers and the Chicago Cubs on March 26.

ESPN and ESPN2's spring training games will be full national telecasts, unless noted, with each game also available via ESPN3.com and ESPN Mobile TV.
