Carroll steps up to lead Hawks in Game 2

DeMarre Carroll scored 22 points, Kyle Korver bounced back from a miserable first half and the top-seeded Hawks held off the Wizards 106-90 on Tuesday night, taking advantage of John Wall's absence to even the Eastern Conference semifinals at one game apiece.

Johnson gives award to Scott daughters

At tonight's Sports Emmy Awards, TNT host Ernie Johnson gave his award for "Best Studio Host" to Stuart Scott's daughters, whose father lost his battle with cancer in January. Taelor and Sydni attended the event on behalf of their father, who earlier was honored for his service and dedication to sports media.
