LAKERS IMPROVE TO 10-1
The Lakers easily defeated the Nuggets, 104-90, boosting their won-lost record to 10-1. It's only the fifth time that the Lakers have won at least 10 of their first 11 games, also doing it in 1985, 1989, 1997 (when they started 11-0) and 2001. They went on to win the NBA championship in only one of those seasons (2001-02).
