Elias Says...
DURANT: 28 POINTS, 0-FOR-8 ON THREE-POINTERS
The Lakers outlasted the Thunder, winning 101-98 in overtime; Kobe Bryant led the winners with 31 points while Kevin Durant had 28 for Oklahoma City. But Durant's boxscore line is an odd one: he scored 28 points despite missing all eight of his attempts from beyond the three-point line. There have been only four other times in NBA history that a player has scored as many as 28 points while taking at least eight three-point shots and missing all of them. Bryant himself did it three times (scoring 41 points in one of those games), and Tracy McGrady did it once.
