Jackson tests strained abdominal muscle

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The Sacramento Kings activated backup point guard Bobby Jackson from the injured list Thursday for their game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Jackson, the NBA's Sixth Man of the Year last season, spent 24 games on the injured list with a strained abdominal muscle.

"It feels good," he said. "I'm just ready. Whatever they ask me to do, I'll go out and do it."
