Rose ticketed for allegedly driving 106 mph in 65-mph zone
CHICAGO -- Derrick Rose, the No. 1 pick in last month's NBA draft and the newest Chicago Bulls point guard, is headed to court next week because of an April traffic ticket.
Rose was allegedly driving 106 mph in a 65-mph zone on April 15, two weeks after he declared for the draft and left the University of Memphis. He was driving a 2008 Land Rover registered to his management firm, the Wasserman Media Group.
He was picked up on the Reagan Tollway, his attorney told the Chicago Tribune. ...
