Mayor reveals plan to keep Kings in Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The wealthy investors that are partnering on a plan to keep the Sacramento Kings from moving to Seattle have finally been revealed, and they're the two almost everybody expected -- with a twist.
