2007-08 Heat vs. 1972-73 76ers

It was 35 years ago that the Philadelphia 76ers explored new territory in team futility, posting a 9-73 season, the worst to date by an NBA team.

The Miami Heat were the leading challengers to that mark this season. Injuries and an aging roster led to this flirtation with futility.
