Malone could decide soon
Karl Malone is inching closer to retirement.
The second-leading scorer in NBA history will make that decision in the next few weeks, Dwight Manley, Malone's agent, told the Los Angeles Times.
"Probably toward retirement, just because that's what he is right now, theoretically," Manley told the paper. "Things usually go the direction of where you're at."
Lakers owner Jerry Buss has offered Malone a front-office job if he retires.
