ATLANTA -- The Atlanta Hawks, who have lost 13 straight games, Thursday placed leading scorer and rebounder Al
Harrington on the injured list with right knee tendinitis.
A forward and the best offensive option on the NBA's worst team, Harrington is averaging 17.6 points and 7.0 rebounds in 66
games. He missed Tuesday night's game with the injury and now must sit out at least the next five contests.
To take Harrington's roster spot, the Hawks (11-63) activated center Michael Stewart from the IL. Stewart has played in just four games this season.
