Dislocated shoulder to keep Gadzuric out six weeks
MILWAUKEE -- Bucks center Dan Gadzuric dislocated his left shoulder on Saturday night and will miss six weeks.
The team said Tuesday that Gadzuric injured the shoulder late in the third quarter of the Bucks' 117-98 loss to the Miami Heat.
Gadzuric has appeared in 44 of Milwaukee's 48 games this season as a reserve, averaging 3.8 points and 3.6 rebounds in about 13 minutes a game.
The Bucks had hoped Michael Redd, who is averaging 27.2 points per game, would play in Tuesday night's game against the Orlando Magic after returning to practice on Monday for the first time since spraining his left knee on Jan. 5 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
But coach Terry Stotts said after Monday's practice that Redd wouldn't be available against the Magic. The Bucks were still able to halt a four-game skid with a 116-111 win.
