Jose Calderon hampered by sore ankle

DALLAS -- Starting guard Jose Calderon became the latest addition to the Toronto Raptors' injury list when he missed the game against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday night with a sore ankle.

Jerryd Bayless started for Calderon, who was hurt Monday in a 96-85 loss at Memphis. Calderon is averaging 9.9 points.

Bayless scored only four points but doled out eight assists in Toronto's surprising 84-76 victory over the Mavs on Tuesday who were playing without Dirk Nowitzki.

Andrea Bargnani (strained left calf), Peja Stojakovic (swollen left knee), and Sonny Weems (back spasms) had already been ruled out for Toronto, and Amir Johnson started despite back spasms.
