| ESPN Fantasy Projection (last updated: August 25, 2008) |
2009 Season Outlook If you like high percentages in high volumes, Melo is your man. In 2007-08, Anthony shot 49.2 percent from the field with 19.2 attempts per game. He helped from the line hitting 78.6 percent on 7.7 attempts. Melo is more than a scorer; he posted a career-high 7.4 rebounds per game this past season and with Marcus Camby traded, we think his rebounding improves even more. Anthony is an underappreciated passer. His 3.4 assists were eighth-best among small forwards in 2007-08. You'll come for the scoring and percentages, but stay for the rebounds, dimes and steals.
