News: Davis got a rare start on Friday evening in the Clippers 106-99 victory over Denver in Los Angeles. Spin: He wasn't in there for very long, only playing 11 minutes and scoring five points before foul trouble took him out of the game. This move was more than likely an attempt to wake up the slumping Rasual Butler, a strategy which apparently worked as Butler carried the team with 27 points off the bench. |
