| News: Brand left Tuesday's game against the Wizards with a sore left hamstring, Kate Fagan of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Spin: A return has already been ruled out and he will be evaluated after the game. The Sixers were already shorthanded in the frontcourt with Marreese Speights (knee) on the sidelines, so a lengthy absence from Brand would really hurt the team. Jason Smith and Rodney Carney would be next in line for minutes at power forward if Brand misses any time. |
