Fantasy tip
Marquis Daniels
Dirk. Terry. Dampier. Finley. But don't forget that Marquis Daniels averaged 18, 6 and 5 in 15 late-season starts.

The rap on Jason Terry in Atlanta was that he couldn't run a team. Obviously, that memo never crossed Mark Cuban's desk.

Dallas will win, but in close games the lack of a true floor general will sink them.

Last season, the Mavericks were 8-7 in games decided by three points or less. That's why getting Erick Dampier to help Dirk Nowitzki was big, but losing Steve Nash will turn out to be huge.
