Fantasy tip
Tim Duncan
Scary? Brent Barry shot 45.2 percent from distance in Seattle last year. Scarier? Tim Duncan gets more open looks.

Tim Duncan has a message for the rest of the league: Just try doubling me now.

In Brent Barry, the Spurs added a gunner who hasn't shot less than 40 percent from behind the arc in five years. Now, with Manu Ginoboli, they have two guys who can shoot the three or put the ball on the floor and blow by scrambling defenders. You can also expect Barry to run the point when Tony Parker needs a blow.

Roster analysis
The starters: Good inside and out, on O and D. Good everywhere. Really good.
