DALLAS (Ticker) -- The Dallas Mavericks try to even their Western Conference first-round series against the Sacramento Kings at two wins apiece on Monday when they match up at the American Airlines Center.

The Mavericks routed the Kings on Saturday, 104-79, to pull within 2-1 in their best-of-seven series.

Rookie Marquis Daniels scored 11 of his 22 points in the third quarter for Dallas, which went a league-best 36-5 at home during the regular season. It has won 17 of its last 18 home games.

Mike Bibby and Chris Webber scored 22 points apiece to pace the Kings, who trailed by just seven at the half but fell behind by 83-59 entering the fourth quarter.

MEANINGFUL MATCHUP: Antawn Jamison vs. Brad Miller. Jamison, the Sixth Man of the Year, had 20 points in Game Three and had provided lots of energy for Dallas in the series. Miller, an All-Star who has been struggling with right elbow tenderness, had just five points in 27 minutes and needs to provide the Kings the spark off the bench that they have been lacking without injured G Bobby Jackson.

Kings: F Webber is averaging 22.3 points, 10.0 rebounds and 5.3 assists and G Bibby 20.0 points, and both are averaging 38 minutes per game in the series.

Mavericks: F Dirk Nowitzki has scored 81 points in the three games - 30 more than any other player on the team. He also is averaging 10.3 rebounds, 2.3 blocks and 2.0 steals.

Kings: C Vlade Divac is averaging just 6.7 points and F-C Miller 5.0 points in the series.

Mavericks: C Antoine Walker has scored just 22 points in the three games, though he has averaged 9.7 rebounds.

STREAKS: The Mavericks have won eight consecutive home games since losing to the lowly Atlanta Hawks on March 17.

SEASON SERIES & HISTORY: The Kings have dropped their last four games here in the postseason.

INJURIES: Mavericks: Rookie F Josh Howard (tight right hamstring) and G Michael Finley (bruised ribs and back spasms) played in Game Three despite their injuries. Kings: G Bobby Jackson (abdominal strain) may miss the entire playoffs.
