Rockets aim to snap six-game losing streak

Chicago (5-5) at Houston (3-10) 8:30 pm EST

HOUSTON (Ticker) -- Without All-Star Tracy McGrady, the Houston Rockets look like a lost team. They aim to get back on track Saturday against the Chicago Bulls.

Despite getting 15 points and 12 rebounds from Yao Ming, the Rockets lost their sixth straight game, 86-81, to Memphis on Friday.

Derek Anderson has been a bright spot since McGrady's injury, averaging 19 points off the bench in his last three contests for Houston, which only has one home victory and that came in the season opener against Sacramento.

The Bulls are coming off a 106-99 victory at San Antonio on Friday. Ben Gordon scored 19 points and Luol Deng added 17 points and seven rebounds for Chicago, which is 2-3 on its road trip.

The Bulls have outrebounded their last two opponents, 97-79, en route to totaling 84 points in the paint. Forward Mike Sweetney has been playing well over his last three games, averaging 14.0 points and 10.0 rebounds.

The Rockets has won five straight over the Bulls, with three coming in Houston, including last year's 105-92 victory.
