PORTLAND, Oregon (Ticker) -- The Portland Trail Blazers are as hot as they have been in a long time.

Portland goes for its sixth straight win on Friday when they host the Toronto Raptors.

Zach Randolph, who is averaging 25.3 points per game, led the Blazers with 24 points and 13 rebounds. Jarret Jack chipped in with 13 points and Travis Outlaw 12 for Portland, which shot 44 percent from the field.
