    Memphis 104, Washington 79

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Hakim Warrick and Pau Gasol each scored 19 points to lead the Memphis Grizzlies to a 104-79 exhibition victory over the Washington Wizards on Saturday night.

Mike Miller had 13 points for Memphis, making five of his six shots from the field and all three of his 3-pointers. Bobby Jackson also finished with 13 points and five assists.

Memphis (3-0) remained unbeaten in the preseason by shooting 61 percent from the field.

Chucky Atkins led the Wizards with 19 points. He was the only Washington starter to reach double figures. Antawn Jamison missed 13 of his 15 shots and the Wizards' starters were just 12-of-46 (26 percent) from the field.

Rookie Donnell Taylor scored 14 points in 23 minutes.

Memphis built a 61-30 halftime lead behind 17 points from Gasol.

Washington hit only three of its 14 shots from the field in the opening period, and weren't a whole lot better from the line. Washington didn't reach double digits until 24 seconds were left in the opening quarter.

The Grizzlies built the lead to 35 in the third quarter and coasted, playing reserves and free agents in the final eight minutes.
