Shaq sits out Heat win with strained calf

MIAMI (AP) -- Dwyane Wade scored 15 points and the Miami Heat beat the Orlando Magic 95-91 in a exhibition game on Tuesday night.

Antoine Walker, Gary Payton and Dorell Wright each had 14 points for the Heat, who were playing without Shaquille O'Neal (strained left calf). Payton also had a game-high eight assists in 26 minutes, and Udonis Haslem had 10 rebounds in 26 minutes.

Keyon Dooling scored 19 points and Grant Hill 17 to lead the Magic. Dwight Howard added 16 points and 11 rebounds for Orlando, which was missing Steve Francis (sprained right ankle).

Wright scored 12 of his points in the fourth quarter, including three dunks. His slams that finished consecutive fast breaks gave Miami an 80-74 lead with 6:50 left. Miami led the rest of the way.

Hill scored all of his points in the first half to help Orlando hold a 44-43 halftime edge.

Both teams are 2-2 in the preseason.
