Williamson scores 13 of his 18 in first quarter en rout to Sacto win

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- Corliss Williamson had 13 of his 18 points in the first quarter to lead the Sacramento Kings to a 100-80 preseason win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday night.

Darius Miles had 14 points and Ruben Patterson added 13 for the Blazers, who have lost four straight by 14 points or more.

Former Blazer Shareef Abdur-Rahim added 12 points off the bench for the Kings and Brad Miller had nine points and 12 rebounds.

Joel Przybilla had 15 rebounds for Portland, which committed 21 turnovers.

The Kings opened up a double-digit lead early in the game and never lost it. Sacramento led 15-4 after Williamson's fastbreak layup and the Kings were up by as many as 26 in the first half.

Sacramento held a 48-24 halftime lead as Portland made only nine field goals in the first half, shooting just 21 percent.

The Blazers did make a run in the second half. They made 13 of 22 shots to outscore the Kings 31-23 in the third quarter. Portland cut the lead to 67-51 just before the end of the period.

Portland forward Zach Randolph sat out after leaving Thursday's game against Utah with a sore knee.
