Dwyane Wade plans to play Tuesday
MIAMI -- Dwyane Wade seems unlikely to miss any games after spraining his ankle in the All-Star Game.
Wade went through the team's practice Monday night and is expected to play when the Heat host the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday. Wade sprained his right ankle when he landed on the foot of Utah Jazz point guard Deron Williams in the third quarter of Sunday's All-Star Game in Los Angeles. It re-aggravated an injury Wade suffered a week earlier when he turned the same ankle on Paul Pierce's foot in a game in Boston.
"He went through practice at full speed," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "He's good to go unless he has a setback."
Wade said treatment during a five-hour overnight flight from the West Coast back to Florida was key.
"The biggest thing was not to have it swell up on the plane and we did a great job of that," Wade said.
The Heat will likely not have Mike Miller back against the Kings, however. Miller missed the Heat's last game before the All-Star break, last Wednesday in Toronto, after taking three hits to the head over five days.

Tests revealed Miller had not sustained a concussion after Indiana Pacers forward Jeff Foster sent him to the hospital with an elbow. But now he has an ear infection and he missed practice Monday and is doubtful to play Tuesday.
Udonis Haslem, who has been out since November with a severe foot injury that required surgery, was on the practice floor Monday for the first time doing some light shooting. However, he is still a long way from being able to play as the team is hoping for an April return.
"The main thing is to get his flexibility and strength back in his foot," Spoelstra said. "Walking first without a pronounced limp and have a normal gait."
