Tigers land top WR in Missouri

Class 2005 receiver Chris Brooks, a Top 150 prospect from Hazelwood-East, Mo., has pledged to Missouri. He also had offers from Nebraska, Illinois, Kansas and Indiana.

Huge Class 2005 offensive lineman Matt Lowry of Springfield-Cardinal O'Hara, Pa., has picked Virginia over an offer from Syracuse. The Cavaliers now have eight commitments.

Pittsburgh has a commitment from Class 2005 athlete LaRod Stephens of Johnstown, Pa., who rushed for 2276 yards and 25 touchdowns as a junior.
