OSU baseball coaches, players reprimanded for ejections
OKLAHOMA CITY -- The NCAA reprimanded two Oklahoma State baseball coaches and two players who were ejected from the regionals of the Division I Baseball Championship.
Coach Frank Anderson and assistant coach Greg Evans were ejected following arguments with officials, along with players Luis Flores and Matt Hague.
The NCAA Division I Baseball Committee announced Thursday that it deducted per diem and travel expenses associated with the game for the four. It also suspended Evans from the first game of the 2009 baseball championship if Oklahoma State qualifies.
The outburst came toward the end of Oklahoma State's loss to Wichita State, which eliminated the Cowboys from postseason play in Stillwater.
