It's the day before we jump on a plane to head out to Oregon and I just got done packing and getting everything ready for the week ahead. I'm probably going to try to get to sleep around 9 or 10, but I'm sure it will be much later considering all the excitement that the upcoming week will bring.

My team the Plant Panthers just got done winning a 7-on-7 Tourney this past weekend at USF (the Sling-and-Shoot). The tournament held over 40 of the best teams in Florida and we played awesome, with many of our guys stepping up in key moments to make big plays for us.

I hope that by winning this past weekend that will ignite us and get us pumped for the Nike 7ON Tournament this week. I feel we have got a good chance to win as long as we play like we did this past weekend.

I'm looking forward to this week and I can't wait to get out there and compete against the best! I'll check back in tomorrow and let you know how our trip went and some first thoughts on Oregon!

Aaron Murray is an ESPN 150 WatchList and Elite 11 QB out of Tampa (Fla.) Plant. For the next 10 days the Georgia commit will keep a journal of his travels back to the Nike 7ON championship (July 17-18) and the Elite 11 (July 21-24) only on ESPN.com.
