Important Note: There will no longer be testing (40-yard dash, bench press, etc.) at the Nike Football Training Camps (or college camps for that matter) due to NCAA legislation passed two years ago. Any player attending a Nike Camp will need to go to a Nike Football Combine first if they want to be tested and get a SPARQ Rating. Information on the 2009 Nike Football Combines, including online registration, can be found here.
Six of the 12 Nike Football Training Camps (Fort Worth, Los Angeles, Houston, Stanford, Eugene and Boulder) will even have Nike Combines the same weekend in the same market so athletes are encouraged to attend both events.
For more information regarding the 2009 Nike Football Training Camps, including how to get registered if you're a player and other frequently asked questions, please check out the NIKE Camp Information page.
This marks the 13th year of the Nike Football Training Camps, the half-day educational events that have seen thousands of promising prospects learn how to be better athletes and players, and eventually go on to play college football at the highest level and even to the NFL.
