With Oregon hosting a large group of visitors, the visit reports keep rolling in at Duckterritory. Trovon Reed, a dynamic wideout from Thibodaux, La., was one of the highest-ranked recruits in attendance. He is an important piece in this year's recruiting class as Oregon will likely only select a couple wideouts, and would love for them to be playmakers. Trovon is not a big fan of doing interviews, but was kind enough to call us and share what he saw this weekend in Oregon.

"It was pretty nice, it was actually better than I thought it would be," Reed said. "And I expected a lot too. The facility and campus were great. The game, the way they beat USC, that got to me. My dad Sean came with me too and he really liked it a lot too. He was surprised at how nice everything was."

Reed has been on some visits already this year, and seen some of the larger stadiums at LSU and Auburn, just to name a couple. He had some choice words for the game atmosphere at Oregon.

"That was the loudest crowd I have ever been in so far. They were smaller but louder," Reed said. "It was crazy. I mean I ain't going to say Oregon is on top, they definitely not on the bottom either. They impressed me a lot, they really showed me what they are all about. They played really good too. The receivers were good also. They didn't really have any breakaways, but they did their job and were effective."

Reed only has one more visit to make, which is coming up this weekend. He will take an official visit to Tennessee this coming weekend and then he will make his college decision on Nov. 13. It's a special day for Trovon, it marks his mother's birthday.

"Yes sir, on Nov.13 I will select my college. I'm very excited to make the big decision."

While on the trip, Reed had a chance to connect with some of the recruits and also found some time to meet with some coaches.

"Yeah I got to meet some of the other recruits and they seemed cool," Reed said. "I talked with Dontae [Williams] quite a bit and he was great. I also got to talk to Gabe King quite a bit as well. I was fortunate enough to have dinner with coach Frost and spend some time with coach Kelly as well. I really like both of them, they are really cool. One thing I like about coach Frost is he has coached offense and defense, and is able to give some tips based on what the defense will do."

Trovon also had a chance to meet with some academic advisors and is pretty impressed with the education Oregon can offer him.

"The academics are great at Oregon," he said. "They definitely have a lot to offer. Another great opportunity is the connection they have with Nike and the ability to graduate and find work through them possibly. Distance really isn't a factor to me. I wouldn't mind getting away from the south. The only real big difference to me is the coldness. But it's not that bad. I never really got to watch Oregon except on TV a little, seeing them in person was great, they looked real good."
