Arrington, Jamison headed to Ann Arbor

The Michigan Wolverines have pledged Top 150 defensive lineman Tim Jamison of Harvey-Thornton Township, Ill., over Wisconsin and Michigan State; and Top 150 receiver Adrian Arrington of Cedar Rapids-Washington, Ia., over Iowa and UCLA.

The Florida State Seminoles snared Top 150 linebacker Lawrence Timmons of Florence-Wilson, SC., over Florida and Tennessee. The Seminoles recently gained Top 150 defensive lineman Aaron Jones and Super Prospect defensive back Kenny Ingram, both from Orlando-Edgewater, Fla., over Miami-Florida, among others.

Touted offensive lineman Allen Smith of of Tempe-Corona Del Sol, Ariz., announced for Stanford over Notre Dame, Arizona State and UCLA in an chat.

Penn State has pledged Super Prospect quarterback Daryll Clark of Youngstown-Ursuline, Ohio, over Iowa, Toledo, Nebraska and West Virginia.

Super Prospect receiver Nate Lyles of Chicago-Hubbard, Ill., picked Virginia over Notre Dame.

Oregon State has a commitment from Super Prospect linebacker Isaiah Cook of Claremont, Cal., who decommitted from Kansas State. The Beavers recently gained two Super Prospects in linebacker Will Price of Anaheim-Western, Cal., who decommitted from UCLA; and defensive back Lamar Herron of Sacramento-Natomas, Cal., who decommitted from the USC Trojans.

Arkansas has pledged running back Joe Casey of Paducah-Tilghman, Kty., who decommitted from Kentucky and is expected to attend junior college; plus defensive lineman Ernest Mitchell of Newnan, Ga., over Florida State and Clemson.
