Editor's note: Tom Lemming's 100 to watch is broken down alphabetically by position. His initial ranked top 100 will be available later this spring.

My early look at the top 100 players to watch for 2005 is slanted toward the offense with 59 lining up on that side of the ball. Within the offense, the running backs lead the way with 19 players to watch, while there are seven QBs, 11 WRs, seven TEs and 15 OLs. The defensive group is more evenly distributed with 17 DLs, 12 LBs and 12 DBs.

Lemming's list was updated on May 24.
