LB Baker commits to Gators
The Florida Gators have pledged Class 2005 linebacker Kalvin Baker of Columbus-Pacelli, Ga., over offers from Georgia Tech, Florida State, Maryland, Vanderbilt and Auburn.
Auburn has its first Class 2005 pledge in offensive lineman Michael Harness of Columbus-Pacelli, Ga., over Florida and Georgia Tech.
Kansas State pledged Class 2005 defensive lineman Cameron Morrah of Claremont, Cal.
Redshirt freshman offensive lineman Brandon Jeffries of Shelby-Crest, NC., plans to transfer from Tennessee to North Carolina State.
Freshman quarterback Pete Martinsen of Palm Beach Gardens-Dwyer, Minn., who redshirted last season at Minnesota, is transfering as a walk-on to Central Florida.
