Like most things, it's usually about the money

WASHINGTON -- Shortly after deplaning at Baltimore-Washington International Airport early Tuesday morning, I dragged my bags onto the BWI rental car shuttle. It took me a few minutes to realize it, but I was the tallest person on the bus. By at least a foot.
