Source: Calhoun gets a raise
Hall of Fame men's basketball coach Jim Calhoun has agreed to a five-year extension with UConn, a source close to the negotiations told ESPN.com Saturday.
Financial details will be released later by the school, but the source said Calhoun did get a raise from his current $1.6 million salary.
Athletic department spokesman Kyle Muncy said Sunday nothing had been finalized.
