Can't have too many point guards

If there's any question about the state of college basketball and importance of guard play, look no further than West Virginia for your answer. The Mountaineers pulled a pair of point guards in back-to-back days. On Monday, it was Ryan Boatright (Aurora, Ill./Aurora East) and a day later, Jabarie Hinds (Mt. Vernon, N.Y./Mount Vernon) popped.

It's almost like the days of five separate position players are over. Mix in the fact that it's a down year for bigs in 2011 and no one can blame coach ...
