Baylor freshman Austin leaves opener with injury

WACO, Texas -- Highly-touted freshman Isaiah Austin came out of his college debut for 19th-ranked Baylor early Friday after he apparently stepped on somebody else's foot following a basket.
While sitting on the court after he made a turnaround jumper, the 7-foot-1 center pulled his goggles off his head and pulled his jersey over his face. The crowd got silent as trainers looked at his right leg before he was helped off the floor. He was trying not to put any weight on his foot.
