TO THIS POINT How They Got Here: WCC champion
Forget the perfect WCC record. Think back instead to the nonconference season when the Zags beat the likes of Missouri, Maryland, Washington (by 24 points) and Georgia. Those were the wins that earned the Zags its highest seed in school history. Oh, and by the way, they take the country's longest winning streak into the Dance -- 20 in a row.
PLAYER TO WATCH Ronny Turiaf
| F | Junior
In the Zags' two losses this season, Turiaf was held to just 12 total points. The rest of the time, he was doing what NBA scouts love -- dominate the paint. The WCC tourney MVP had 29 in the title game, his eighth 20-plus game. He's the type of player Gonzaga has lacked in previous NCAAs and could be the difference-maker in this year's Final Four quest.
