Will lose when ...
Stanford was put back on its heels by Washington's quickness and aggressiveness. But it only happened once, so it's hard to know if that's a weakness or just a bad day.
Famous Last Words
The pressure of staying perfect is gone, and that may give Stanford a fresh outlook for the postseason.

TO THIS POINT How They Got Here: Pac-10 champion
Perfection was lost on the final weekend of the regular season, but losing at Washington hasn't slowed down the Cardinal, which blitzed through the Pac-10 tournament and avenged its only loss in the title game. Stanford may actually finally be complete, as Justin Davis returned to play a few minutes in the tournament after missing all of February with a bum knee. His injury was just the latest for the Cardinal, who won its first nine games without preseason All-American Josh Childress. Through it all, the Cardinal beat Gonzaga, Kansas and rose to No. 1 before losing to the Huskies.
PLAYER TO WATCH Josh Childress | F | Junior
Yes, the Cardinal won without their preseason All-American in uniform, but there's no denying Stanford isn't a Final Four favorite without the swingman. While he doesn't need to score to be a difference-maker, Childress can light it up -- scoring 36 at USC and 29 against Oregon in the final month of the season.
