Will lose when ...
Enough 3s don't fall, allowing an opposing team to surround Williams and Kann inside.
Famous Last Words
Seven of WMU's top eight players are seniors or juniors; this squad doesn't figure to be awed by the bright lights and could certainly pull off an upset.

TO THIS POINT How They Got Here: MAC champions
It was a simple formula for the Broncos. They took care of business at home and in the conference tournament -- and picked up some quality wins along the way. The Broncos went 15-0 in Read Fieldhouse and swept through the MAC tourney behind their dynamic frontcourt duo of Mike Williams and Anthony Kann. With wins over USC, Arizona State and UAB this season, Western Michigan had tournament credentials even before securing the automatic bid. You may not know much about them, but the Broncos are a quality team.
PLAYER TO WATCH Mike Williams | F | Senior
How dominant was MAC Player of the Year Mike Williams this season? For starters, he ranked in the league's top 10 in eight statistical categories. The Broncos' leading scorer capped his year by scoring 28 points -- including his first three in two years -- in the MAC tourney-clinching win.
